The free radical theory of aging is based on the idea that progressive defects in mitochondrial function lead to the increased production of reactive oxygen species (ROS), resulting DNA damage accumulation, and human tissue damage and illness. This DNA damage increases our susceptibility toward the onset of cancer and many other diseases.
Hydrogen peroxide is a naturally occurring substance in all our bodies, in small amounts. Bio-oxidative medicine is the addition of oxygen, through 3% peroxide (ozone therapy), dispersed directly into the tissues, as loan oxygen atoms, creating an oxygen rich highly reactive state. The natural process is that oxygen is taken from the lungs to the tissues of the body by red blood cell transport. But this means that oxygen is bound to hemoglobin in red blood cells unless it is released. Once it is released, red blood cells then pass through the lungs again picking up more oxygen, and the cycle continues. This loan oxygen is open for powerful oxidative actions. When hydrogen peroxide is introduced directly into the body it can oxygenate tissues directly, without having to go through the above processes. Though it is considered not a valid therapy in the United States, throughout Europe and in many other parts of the world, bio-oxidative medicine is safely used with supporting research and considered a legitimate treatment for many conditions including cancer.

This treatment is administered through an infusion over approximately 90 minutes. 3% peroxide is combined with a normal saline carrier solution standardly but is mixed in a glucose carrier solution with cancer patients. What is exceptional about 3% peroxide therapy mixed in a glucose carrier in cancer, is that cancers thrive on glucose. This is the method used in PET scans, used to search for metastatic disease, is actually an infusion of glucose. The cancer takes up this glucose, in turn identifying areas of metastatic disease. This is the same theory used in 3% Peroxide therapy in cancer patients. By using a glucose carrier solution, we are tricking the cancer cells into readily taking up the glucose, and the 3% peroxide acts just like a Trojan horse. Once the cancer cells uptake the glucose, they are met with the 3% peroxide and harm is done to these cells. This either causes cancer cell death or creates damage to these cells, all in the hopes of yielding positive outcomes for cancer patients.
When the peroxide encounters the blood stream, it reacts with two enzymes: cytochrome-C and Catalase. Reactions between these enzymes and the hydrogen peroxide lead to the distribution of the peroxide throughout the tissues of the body. The primary effect of lone oxygen is that it severely inhibits the growth of bacteria and viruses. The other effect of hydrogen peroxide is that this lone oxygen oxidizes biological toxins, such as those an hour industrial world. These oxidative stressors, bacteria, viruses are then in turn processed through the kidneys and liver and excreted through the urine and stool. It enables the body to cleanse itself of all these harmful toxins, improving energy levels, increasing metabolism, creating healthier mitochondrial environments, and promoting immune cell functions. This also contributes to a strong anti-inflammatory effect.
Hydrogen peroxide is what the body naturally turns to when it is threatened by infection or illness. It also cleanses the lungs by producing oxygen bubbles in the alveoli (small sacs in the lungs), loosening mucus, and improving oxygenation. Some of the conditions that could potentially benefit from hydrogen peroxide are infection, heart disease, emphysema, skin conditions, asthma, MS, high blood pressure, asthma, arthritis, degenerative disc disease of the spine, and overload of environmental toxins, pesticides, preservatives, industrial pollution, and other oxidative stressors.
You will notice a warm feeling during your treatment, and the hydrogen peroxide can leave a bitter taste in the mouth causing mild nausea. Otherwise, hydrogen peroxide is very well tolerated. Treatments can be anywhere from 1-3 times per week during mild illness, and up to 5 times a week for acute or more serious illnesses. You should not eat anything for at least 20-40 minutes after the infusion is complete. Chelation and hydrogen peroxide therapies work well together. They should always be alternated, and never done on the same day, as this increase risks for venous thrombosis (blood clot).
This therapy needs further research so that rigorous data can be obtained, therefore lifting the stigma it carries in the United States. Antibiotics are currently the substance of choice for infections. Modern medicine in the United States has not embraced bio-oxidative medicine as it is not able to be patented. Because hydrogen peroxide is naturally found in food, rainwater, and the ocean, there is less motivation by corporations to sponsor research related to substances that cannot be patented.
Administration of hydrogen peroxide orally is not recommended, and intravenous administration is far more effective. Those facing illness and infection could benefit from intravenous infusions of hydrogen peroxide.
